Out and about and another New Jersey Diner visit! Breakfast at a diner for me generally heads in one of two directions, omelet or Eggs Benedict (note: depends on my eating behavior for the week).
I was relatively good so a traditional Eggs Benedict was my order. The menu did offer a few different varieties in their large breakfast menu. Came to the table quickly, sided with fried potatoes.
The hollandaise was a picture of beauty, creamy and thick we quickly dove in. Egg firm but still runny was expertly cooked. Meat grilled' was flavorful and balanced. A very good Eggs Benedict that left no question I would get again. Sided potatoes, did have a bit of green pepper and onion were serviceable.
Service super friendly, and fast. Diner had a nice family feel to it and made you feel welcome. Check them out and let us know your thoughts on the Park Wood Diner.
