A graduate from The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Matt Collins has worked the New York City scene as a Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck, Freemans, Keens Steakhouse, just to name a few.

Chef has studied and worked in Europe as well. After spending a decade in New York City, Chef returned to his hometown of Freehold bringing the New Jersey/Tri state area Chef Collins Events.

Chef Matt Collins Events does ticketed events, pop-ups at local bars and restaurants on top of his private events, Start to finish Chef Matt Collins Events has your event covered. Plates, small wares, and even music. All you need is kitchen space and running water!
