The iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk has a little bit of everything for everyone. Games of chance, where you win prizes as well as money in the casinos (well maybe) . Stores that offer clothing with those cute and not so cute phrases. And for me, food. The AC Boardwalk offers a variety of cuisine. But none like Bills Gyro Souvlaki.

Beginning with their dated sign in support of former Greek-American politicians Michael Dukakis (1988) and Paul Tsongas (1992) (both former presidential candidates) . But a sign that also says "We've been here a while" Once inside, dollar bills greet you everywhere, hanging from the ceiling and wallpapering the walls, gifts from former customers to mark they had been here I suppose. I kept my dollar in my pocket and saved it for my order of a Gyro, sided with fries. Stuffed pita bread with a superior beef/ lamb mix. Veggies super fresh and diced with the exception of the tomato. Tzatziki super fresh, excellent flavor as well as aromatic. Top of the line offering and one you should definitely try. Sided fries were crisp and did the job. Service was satisfactory, pricing reasonable for the boardwalk, with non-alcoholic drink under $15.00.
YES! They have a full bar service. Bills Gyro Souvlaki, maybe not as old as the Atlantic City Boardwalk but they rank in iconic.
